Staffing Chart

The staffing chart depicts a hierarchical organization of the staffing needs of a sample NIH research project. The Principal Investigator is the lead of th project and is at the top of the chart. Below the Principal Investigator is the Project Director who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project. Below the Project Director, the chart depicts a Statistical Consultant who may assist the project team in any statistical needs. Next, other members of the project team are listed together, including a Computer Programmer, Administrative Assistant, and two Research Associates. Below the Administrative Assistant is an Office Assistant and below a Research Associate are two Interviewers who assist in gathering data for the study.
